● Reported to financial institution. Protective steps taken. No loss incurred

● Resident found numerous unauthorized transactions on personal bank accounts
● Victim had noted theft of mail in March, but had not made a police report or notified bank

● Resident reported theft of mail from residents, including new credit card being delivered
● Numerous unauthorized charges noted on card. Bank alerted. Card cancelled
Fraud(Online Marketplace) – Ambleside
● Resident responded to online marketplace ad offering “new in package” phone
● Met suspect, paid cash for phone, subsequently found it to be non-functional
● Suspect’s ad removed from social media. Contact information no longer functioning
