This incident MUST have occurred in West Vancouver to submit a Police Report Online.  If this did not occur in West Vancouver, please contact the police agency of jurisdiction.

Within 24hrs, you can expect that we will review your report and assign an investigating officer. That officer will contact you as soon as practicable.

In order to report an incident, we will need to know some basic personal and/or business information such as your name, date of birth, and email address. We will also need to know the date and location of the incident.

· Valid Canadian Certificate of Native Status Card
· Valid Nexus Card
· Employee Identification Card issued by the Federal, Provincial or Territorial Government (with photo)
· Old Age Security Identification Card
· Valid Firearms Licence
· Municipal or RCMP Police Identification (with photo only)
