- Found in possession of suspected stolen knives
- Suspect confirmed in breach of court prohibition against possession of knives

- Home keys & other personal items stolen from vehicle parked at residence

- Suspects identified/arrested in seven reports
Theft – Package Delivery – Dundarave Area
- Multiple delivery packages stolen from residential porch
FRAUD
Fraud – Messaging App
- Text to resident via messaging app falsely claimed to be victim’s daughter
- Message advised daughter had a new phone & needed to message via chat app
- Suspect then claimed their online banking didn’t work with new phone & asked for e-transfers to help
- Funds transferred & lost before victim realized it was fraud
Fraud – Messaging App
- Text message via messaging app received falsely claiming to be Victim’s son
- After several messages, suspect requested money transfer for a new phone
- Sender then abruptly deleted all messages. Victim realized fraud was in progress
Fraud – Employment Offer
- Victim received job offer to post items for sale online for employer
- Suspect message claimed fees for postings would be repaid plus commission
- Victim later found banking information shared to process postings was used to take funds from their account
Fraud – Identity Theft
- Resident contacted by suspect claiming to be government representative
- Suspect claimed resident’s Social Service number had been corrupted
- Victim advised to transfer funds to a Crypto-currency account for ‘safekeeping’
- Funds transferred & lost before victim realized scam was in progress
