B&E(Residential Multi-Unit) – Community Centre Area
- Break-in to apartment suite discovered on owners return from trip
- Personal safe, bank cards, ID, personal documents, jewelry stolen
B&E(Residential-Garage) – Headland / Sprucefeild Area
- Resident heard garage door opening at 1:30am.
- Suspect fled. House keys/garage opener found missing from unlocked car outside
- All locks rekeyed / garage opener code changed.
B&E(Residential-Attempted) – Community Centre Area
- Suspect seen on video attempt to tamper with apartment building garage gate
- Suspect reached through bars of gate, placed coin purse over gate sensor
- Blocked sensor prevented gate from closing after gate was opened
- Suspect became spooked & left without entering. Investigation ongoing
