● Unlocked vehicle stolen. Vehicle left overnight in residential driveway with keys inside
Theft From Auto – Taylor Way/Marine Drive Area
● Locked tool box in pickup truck forced open. Residential parkade. Tools stolen

● Unlocked vehicle in residential driveway. Two grocery bags of flowers stolen

FRAUD
Fraud – Ambleside
● Resident received phone call from male suspect claiming to be with victim’s bank advising transfer of funds was needed
● Funds transferred & lost prior to victim realizing a scam was in progress
Fraud – Online Marketplace
● Resident responded to social media post advertising free piano. Seller advised of company that could move piano
● Deposit forwarded. Both seller & moving company subsequently found to be fraudulent. Funds not recovered
Fraud – Ambleside
● Resident received phone call from male posing as cellular company representative offering discount information.
● Caller requested and was provided personal & banking information. Unauthorized withdrawal from bank accounts subsequently noted
