• Homeowner reviewing CCTV noted suspect attempting entry at rear patio door
• No entry gained. Nothing stolen
• Homeowner later found a similar attempt had occurred December 1st

• Victim & suspects met in public park regarding dispute over borrowed property
• Victim assaulted & had cell phone stolen

Theft from Auto – Ambleside Business District

• Front passenger window smashed on vehicle in residential parkade
• Vehicle rummaged. Personal ID cards stolen

Theft from Auto – Horseshoe Bay Area

• Rear passenger window smashed on vehicle parked at roadside. Handbag stolen

Theft of Auto(Recovered) – Horseshoe Bay Area

• Vehicle found at roadside heavily damaged from fire
• Vehicle reported stolen in North Vancouver

Fraud – Email

• Suspect sent email falsely posing as vendor to a resident’s company
• Email requested payment be changed from cheque to e-transfer
• Victim noted unusual transit number on account during e-transfer
• Investigation ongoing
