BREAK & ENTER

B&E (Residential) / Theft of Auto – Altamont Area

● Prompt report of stolen vehicle. Victim able to advise police of vehicle’s mobile location

● Officers located vehicle, and arrested suspect ● Vehicle key & other property suspected as stolen from inside unlocked residence recovered

Residential B&E – Langton Park Area

● Suspects broken into home through upper floor door

● Recycling boxes appeared to have been stacked to help access entry point

Residential B&E – Caulfeild Area

● Residents returned from family trip to discover break-in ● Suspects used lawn furniture to climb to upper floor & then broke through a balcony door

B&E(Commercial) – Ambleside Business District

● Suspects forced lock during overnight hours at retail bakery

● Time delay on report of alarm. Suspects not located

THEFT

Theft from Auto – Eagle Harbour

● Catalytic converter stolen from vehicle parked on residential street

Theft from Auto – Taylor Way/Marine Dr

● Passenger side window smashed on vehicle in retail parking

● Personal electronics & sports equipment stolen

FRAUD

Fraud – Dundarave

● Victim discovered credit card information had been compromised & used to make an online grocery order for pick-up ● Officers attended at scheduled pickup time, arrested suspect without incident
