● Resident contacted by suspect posing as staff of their personal bank

● Caller asked to help check bank staff, by withdrawing cash to be submitted to Cryptocurrency machine to be analyzed & determine if it was counterfeit. Scam recognized prior to any financial loss

Fraud – British Properties

● Resident contacted by suspect posing as staff of their personal bank

● Caller advised there had been fraudulent activity on their account and sent a link for resident to log into their account & upload photo of their driver’s license.

● Unauthorized withdrawals/transfers subsequently noted from account & police contacted

● Unauthorized withdrawals from personal account. Investigation ongoing
