Residential Break-Ins
Please take care to ensure your home is secure whenever you leave your property unattended. Among our Crime Alerts this week, a residential break in at a home in the West Bay area. Residents returned home to discover several rooms ransacked, with jewelry, collectables, passports, and computer accessories stolen.
No alarm was triggered. Investigators determined entry to the home was through an unlocked sliding glass window on the main floor. Meantime, in the Cedardale area, a break-in to an unlocked garage led to theft of a mountain bike.
WVPD In The Community – Remembrance Day 2025
West Vancouver Police Chief Constable John Lo, with current & retired WVPD members proudly joined the Remembrance Day March in West Vancouver November 11th. We were honoured to be in the presence of veterans, including West Vancouver resident & World War Two D-Day veteran Harry Greenwood, as we paid tribute to all who served & sacrificed to protect our nation.
