West Vancouver Police are Responding to a Serious Motor Vehicle Incident in Horseshoe Bay Involving Pedestrians

West Vancouver, B.C. – One person is deceased and one person has been seriously injured in a collision with a bus near the Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal

At approximately 3:30 pm today, West Vancouver Police received reports of a serious incident involving two pedestrians and a Translink bus at the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. Tragically, one person is deceased and one person has suffered serious injuries and has been taken to hospital.

West Vancouver Police are asking the public and the media to stay away from the area as we care for those impacted and begin the investigation into this tragic event.
