- B&E discovered after occurrence when owner overseas reviewed surveillance video
- Alarm system not activated. Primary bedroom & safe targeted
- Cash, watches, jewelry, designer handbags stolen
B&E(Residential) – Upper Ambleside/Hollyburn Area
- Suspect smashed through rear window of home while residents out for evening
- Primary bedroom ransacked. Jewelry, designer bags & other items stolen
B&E(Residential Attempt) – British Properties / Chartwell-Cammeray Park Area
- Owner’s review of surveillance video revealed two masked males on property during evening hours
- No entry gained. Nothing stolen
B&E (Construction Site) – Dundarave Area
- Male noted on review of surveillance video entering residential construction site
- Nothing stolen
B&E(Residential/Multi-Unit Storage Lockers) Community Centre Area
- Suspect broke into apartment building parkade & adjacent storage lockers
- Multiple lockers rummaged.
B&E (Multi-Unit Residential / Storage Lockers) – Taylor Way/Marine Drive Area
- Locks cut to doors of apartment building storage area
- Power scooter & other items stolen
B&E (Multi-Unit Residential / Parking Area) – Ambleside Area
- Suspect broke into secured apartment parkade
- Power scooter hung on wall rack by parked car stolen
THEFT
Theft (Shoplifting) – Taylor Way / Marine Drive Area
- Theft in progress reported.
- Patrol members located & stopped suspect vehicle & trailer fleeing area
- Two suspects arrested. Property from reported theft recovered
- Subsequent investigation resulted in seizure of drugs, additional stolen property
