Break & Enter (Residential) – Dundarave Village Area
- Daytime hours. Suspects smashed dining room window to enter
- Home equipped with an alarm system that was not activated at time
- House ransacked with cash & jewelry stolen.
Break & Enter (Residential) – British Properties/Rabbit Lane Area
- Overnight hours. Suspect entered through unlocked door
- Cellphone & laptop left in entryway stolen
Break & Enter (Residential) – Sentinel Hill Area
- Alarm triggered at residence. Suspects entered unsecured laundry room, but did not access main residence
- Tool & supply drawers ransacked. Nothing stolen
THEFT
Assault/Shoplifting – Marine Drive / Taylor Way
- Group of eight females & two males entered retail store & began taking clothing items
- Staff member chased suspects from the store
- Group members turned on store staff member & began striking them in the head before fleeing

- One report involved loss exceeding $5000
Theft of Auto – Recovered Stolen Auto – Capilano Road / Marine Drive Area
- Caller reported male & female suspect acting suspiciously in vehicle, speeding up & appear to follow them.
- Officers conducted patrols & subsequently located vehicle left unoccupied.
- Vehicle confirmed as stolen from food delivery driver in N. Vancouver. Seized for investigation
Theft From Auto – Marine Drive / Taylor Way Area
- In progress Theft From Auto report received. Patrol officers found & arrested suspect
- Suspect held for court appearance. Several charges recommended
Theft from Auto – British Properties/Whitby Area
- Catalytic Converter stolen from vehicle parked on residential street
Theft from Auto – British Properties/Newcroft Area
- Unlocked vehicle in driveway entered. Sunglasses stolen
Suspicious Person / Circumstances
Suspicious Persons – Ambleside
- Resident returned home to find two unexpected males on roof of home, claiming to be window washers
- No window washers scheduled. Suspects fled. Investigation ongoing
Suspicious Person – Capilano Road / Marine Drive Area
- Male reported lingering in vicinity of childcare facility staring at occupants
- Patrol officers found & apprehended male for Severe Intoxication in a Public Place
- Suspect subsequently found to be subject of Canada Border Services Warrant. Held for CBSA
FRAUD
Fraud – Online Marketplace
- Resident sought to purchase concert tickets advertised on social media marketplace
- Deposit money forwarded. Tickets never received. Seller’s profile deleted
