- Staff noticed after suspect left that during 2nd count some of the bills had been removed before money was handed back to cashier

- Resident responded to online pop-up alert falsely claiming his computer had been infected with a virus and offering contact with company to fix the issue
- Personal & other information obtained by suspect before victim recognized it was a fraud
