Fraud – (False Family Emergency Message)

• Resident received text messages from unknown number
• Suspect claimed to be daughter texting from friends phone after losing her own
• Suspect then claimed daughter needed funds for urgent payment
• Funds transferred & lost before resident received message was a fraud
