● Window smashed on main floor patio door. Suspects at scene fled

● Handbags & jewelry stolen

B&E Residential – British Properties – Cross Creek Area

● Residents returned after extended travel. Patio door smashed. Alarm not active

● High end handbags & other personal items stolen

B&E Residential – Sentinel Hill

● Resident found male sleeping in home. Officers attended, secured area

● Suspect arrested without incident

THEFT

Theft of Auto – Stevens Drive Area

● Vehicle left unlocked in residential driveway with keys inside

● Wallet, housekeys & personal electronics also stolen

Theft From Auto – Glenmore Area

● Unlocked passenger door. Tools & employee ID stolen

● Vehicle left unlocked in residential driveway

● Clothing & outdoor equipment stolen

● Rear window of car in commercial parking are smashed. Nothing stolen

FRAUD

Fraud – Online

● Resident forwarded deposit on item advertised in online marketplace

● Suspect then ceased all communication. Online account found to be fraudulent
