West Vancouver Police are seeking public assistance to help locate a missing Edmonton man believed to have travelled to the Lower Mainland, West Vancouver and Sea-to-Sky Corridor.

40-year-old Stuart BARCLAY was last seen leaving an Edmonton home last Tuesday, November 20th. BARCLAY_Stuart_WVP19-13894_EPS_File_18-174502

Edmonton Police investigators have now determined BARCLAY attended a business in the Park Royal area November, 23rd.

A vehicle BARCLAY was last been seen travelling in was recovered unoccupied November 24th on Highway #99 near Lions Bay.  BARCLAY had been travelling in a white Chevrolet Equinox with Alberta license plates.

BARCLAY may still be in the West Vancouver or Sea-to-Sky area.  West Vancouver Police and EPS investigators are working actively to locate him.

Stuart BARCLAY is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6’1” tall and weighs 180 lbs.  Barclay is described as having large loop ear lobe holes and currently has a beard and a shaved head.

Mr. BARCLAY’S disappearance is considered to be out of character, and as a result, there are concerns for his well-being.  There is no indication of foul play at this time.
