● Resident arriving home in early evening noted suspect inside. Resident moved to safety & called police
● Officers responded immediately and contained the area. Suspect arrested in the home with assistance of Police K9. Investigation ongoing
B&E(Residential) – Folkestone Way Area
● Daytime hours. Front door of residence pried open
● Several rooms targeted. High end personal accessories taken
B&E(Storage Lockers) – Taylor Way/Marine Drive
● Multiple storage lockers broken into in multi-unit residential building
B&E(Storage Lockers) – Lions Gate Bridge Area
● Clothing & sports equipment stolen from storage locker in multi-unit residential building
THEFT
Theft from Storage Container – Chartwell Area
● Tools & equipment stolen from construction site storage container
Theft from Auto – Westport Area
● Evening theft of backpack & other personal items from unlocked vehicle parked on roadway
Theft from Auto – Upper Ambleside
● Resident reviewing home surveillance video noted suspect entering unlocked vehicle in driveway
● Nothing stolen. Unsuccessful attempt to enter 2nd vehicle
MISCHIEF
Mischief – Horseshoe Bay Area
● Suspects at residence midday banging on door, damaging outdoor furniture in relation to tenancy dispute
● One suspect arrested for Mischief (Property Damage)
FRAUD
Fraud – West Bay Area
● Victim approached online by suspect via chat applications & encouraged to invest in Crypto Currency via separate app
● Substantial deposits made over several weeks then lost with suspect ceasing all contact
