● Personal accessories and security fobs stolen from stolen from unlocked vehicle in residential driveway

● Vehicle undamaged. Possibly left unlocked

Theft from Auto/Theft of Bicycle – Eagle Harbour

● Cash & loose change stolen from unlocked vehicle in residential driveway

● Unsecured bicycle stolen from shed in yard

Theft from Auto – Taylor Way / Marine Drive

● Wallet, cash, bank & ID cards stolen from console of vehicle in residential parking area

● Vehicle undamaged. Possibly left unlocked

Theft of Auto – Dundarave

● Vehicle stolen from outside residence. Investigation ongoing

Theft from Auto (In Progress) – Taylor Way / Marine Drive

● Retail security staff reported in-progress theft from vehicle.

● Suspect located in area by responding patrol officers & arrested

Theft – Taylor Way / Marine Drive

● Retail security reported theft by 2 suspects in progress.

● One suspect arrested leaving store, 2nd arrested in area. Stolen items recovered.

● Gym bag left in unsecured locker stolen, along with clothing, cash, wallet, bank & ID cards

Mischief-West Bay Area

● Temporary structure on construction site set on fire

FRAUD

Fraud – Ambleside

● Elderly resident contacted by suspect claiming to represent their credit card provider & that their card was compromised

● Victim then complied with fraudulent request to purchase & forward gift cards to suspect to cover costs of replacing compromised card

Fraud – Cedardale

● Resident contacted regarding online posting of items for sale.

● Purchaser agreed to pay more than requested price, but then falsely claimed courier company wanted package insured, demanded payment up front for insurance.

Fraud – Ambleside

● Elderly resident received email advising they had won a multi-million dollar lottery

● Victim unfortunately complied with fraudulent request to forward payments via gift cards for processing fees to receive prize
