WVPD has made contact with the individual shown in the Park Royal security footage, and he has fully cooperated with this investigation. We have concluded that no needle was used, and no criminal offence occurred. Officers have informed impacted parties.
West Vancouver – The 30-year-old male who was reported missing and last seen in West Vancouver on November 25th, 2023, has sadly been found deceased by an RCMP dive team.
